About the role

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services to patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders in a home health and hospice setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, document, and monitor patient progress related to speech and swallowing functions.
  • Review and modify treatment plans based on individual needs and progress.
  • Instruct patients on techniques to monitor and improve speech skills.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal and organizational policies.
  • Identify changes in physical and emotional parameters to inform care.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech Pathologist.
  • CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor.
  • Preferred: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Valid Driver's License and minimum age of 21.
