Speech & Language Pathologist Outpatient Part Time

About the Role

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited speech therapy program (Required)
• Master's Degree from an accredited speech therapy program (Preferred)
• Doctorate from an accredited speech therapy program (Preferred)
• 2 years of relevant experience (Required)
• LIC-Speech Language Pathologist - State of Michigan (Required upon hire)
• LIC-Speech Language Pathologist Education Limited Temporary - State of Michigan (Required during CFY upon hire)
• CRT-Speech Language Pathologist - ASHA (Preferred)
• Valid Michigan Driver's License (Required upon hire for Home Care Business Lines)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross (Required within 90 days)
