Speech Language Pathologist Outpatient Part Time
Scope of Work
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
In addition, they will also participate and complete all required components of structured residency program.
Standard Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's Degree, Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
- PREFERRED: Master's Degree, Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
- PREFERRED: Doctorate, Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
- 2 years of relevant experience
- May be part of clinical education experience
- Required: Lic-Speech Language Pathologist - State of Michigan State of Michigan
- Required: Lic-Speech Language Pathologist Education Limited Temporary - State of Michigan State of Michigan
- Required: CRT-Speech Language Pathologist - ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Required: Lic-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan
- Required: CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required
- OR: CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
