Speech-Language Pathologist - Part-time Outpatient Pediatrics

Speech Language Pathology Clinician position focusing on comprehensive evaluation, treatment planning, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations; develop and implement treatment plans; educate patients and families; and make discharge recommendations based on current standards.
• Document patient progress using appropriate forms, collaborate with healthcare team members, and actively participate in meetings and rounds.
• Supervise SLP students and rehabilitation technicians; manage own schedule to balance patient care and departmental duties.
• Contribute to program development; complete continuing education; provide in‑service training to staff and community members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including Joint Commission standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
• Current district license or eligibility as a Speech‑Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competency
• Basic Life Support certification
