Specialty LPN - Full-Time Days

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction, ensuring professional accountability and coordinating care with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Administers patient care
• Maintains licensure and adapts to department-specific certifications
• Supports patient safety through BLS and other required certifications
• Performs physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and patient handling

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience
• Valid LPN license
• BLS certification
• New or experienced LPNs are welcome
• Additional certifications like IV or advanced life support may be preferred

Skills & Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical maneuvers such as bending, reaching, and kneeling
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability
