The Opportunity:

• Create, implement, and manage the Specialty Leasing Program and Budget
• Identify and negotiate new opportunities to meet or exceed income goals
• Oversee day-to-day operations, merchandising, and accounts receivable
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with current retailers, service providers, business partners, and local/regional market players
• Favorably negotiate License Agreements to achieve the center's budget and goals
• Work with best-in-class brands in retail outlets, experiential programs, and Pop-Up locations
• Aid in creating collateral for sales and partnership initiatives
• Show strong oral, written, and presentation skills
• Show excellent people skills with a focus on team collaboration
• Show a creative, dynamic, and adaptable mindset to a rapidly changing environment
• Show the ability to exercise good judgment and think innovatively
• Show a strong negotiation and sales skillset
• Show a proactive ability to identify problems and bring issues to resolution with a sense of urgency
