Specialist, Territory Sales - Four Corners
About the role
This isn’t a traditional sales role—it’s an opportunity to help expand access to advanced cardiac imaging that is reshaping how cardiovascular disease is diagnosed and managed. Jubilant Radiopharmaceuticals is in a period of rapid growth, driven by strong demand for cardiac PET imaging. As clinical adoption accelerates across the U.S., we are hiring a key role on our sales team to support a newly designed territory across the Western region. This role sits at the center of that growth—connecting providers, advancing clinical practice, and helping bring innovative diagnostics to more patients.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a large, multi-state territory (including AZ, CO, UT, NM and surrounding states)
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on high-value accounts and long-term pipeline development
- Identify and prioritize opportunities using data, market insights, and customer intelligence
- Build trusted relationships with cardiologists, imaging centers, hospital systems, and clinical stakeholders
- Lead complex sales cycles involving capital equipment, contracting, and pricing discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams (applications, clinical, and leadership) to support customer adoption
- Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting through CRM tools
- Represent Jubilant at industry events and strengthen brand presence in the region
- Travel approximately 50% to engage customers in person across a geographically diverse territory
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related sales
- Experience with complex or capital sales cycles (preferred)
- Strong track record of managing large territories and achieving sales targets
- Ability to navigate hospital systems and engage clinical stakeholders
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and using data to guide decisions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field
Qualifications
- Nice to have: Background in imaging, cardiology, or nuclear medicine
- Experience selling into outpatient or diagnostic settings
