Specialist, Capital Order Management
About the role
We are seeking a Specialist, Capital Order Management to join our NCA Managed Deliveries Team. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order delivery process, ensuring customer CNS orders are accurately booked, processed, and delivered on time, which involves close coordination across engineering, production, procurement, and logistics. Your role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless delivery execution and meeting service level agreements, which will positively impact operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. In this position, you will report to the Delivery Manager for the NCA Managed Deliveries Team.

You will join a team of project and order management professionals who are passionate about streamlining delivery processes and ensuring operational excellence. We are currently working on optimizing end-to-end delivery execution, backlog management, and supply chain coordination while enhancing customer satisfaction and service level performance. We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as engineering, production, procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams, to ensure effective collaboration and timely information flow throughout the delivery process. Our team culture is all about collaboration, continuous improvement, accountability, and customer focus. The members in our team are located in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
What you’ll do
- Oversee end-to-end capital order delivery, ensuring customer CNS orders are accurately booked, processed, and delivered on time.
- Develop and manage delivery plans by defining key milestones, priorities, and deadlines aligned with sales agreements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality order processing and demand release to the supply chain within the defined region.
- Apply best practices in backlog management to drive on-time delivery performance.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks that may impact delivery timelines.
- Lead complex supply chain and order management initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, resolving order-related issues and ensuring SLA adherence.
Who you are
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- You bring 5+ years of experience in order management, supply chain, operational procurement, or production planning.
- You have advanced proficiency in English and are comfortable working in a global environment.
- You have hands-on experience working with SAP systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- You are a strong communicator with the ability to influence, collaborate, and manage stakeholders across functions and levels.
- You demonstrate advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- You are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Nice to have: Experience leading complex supply chain initiatives in a capital equipment or managed deliveries environment.
