Salary Range

The salary range for this position is expected to be between $82,000 - $105,000 a year. Multiple factors are considered in determining a salary including an individual’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This is an onsite position.

Job Summary

The Orders Management Specialist will report to Sales Operation Manager. You’ll manage order to delivery processes, Customer set-up, contract reviews with a strong analytical skill. He or she will provide pricing quotations and order processing. This role is focused on the tactical processing of orders managing backlog accuracy and insuring timely product fulfillment in coordination with Sales, Finance and Taiwan Factory. Supports his or her manager with planning and implementation of sales procedures.

Essential Job Functions

  • Highly detailed oriented, thrives in fast paced environment, and can independently manage complex orders scenarios while maintaining clear communication across stakeholders
  • Able to work independently and build strong relationship within internal and external customers
  • Support sustain and grow existing accounts for assigned region, enabling sales to focus on pursuit of new account opportunities, provide support with outbound sales activities and account management for sustainment and growth
  • Review purchase orders, ensure all requirements are met prior processing an order. Create and maintain customer master and generate CPQ
  • Cook with other departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and customer credit status
  • Review customer product specification and provide feedback and recommendation of product
  • Customer backlog and forecast management. From the customer forecast derives and provides purchasing with demand planning recommendations to meet customer expected demand
  • Supports and maintains customer consignment program activities
  • Plan and implement projects that support the sales organization
  • Support and follow up for sales organization with program registration management and conflict resolution
  • Work on problems of moderate to complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Review and approve applicable department order entries and drop ship documents
  • Contract Management – Coordination with internal contract management specialist and ensures that terms of the contract are met and followed

Job Qualifications

  • Education: BA/BS is a plus or equivalent training/experience
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years’ customer support experience in the same or related field Direct, OEM or channel sales experience with CPU component hardware, systems level products or system software licensing desirable
  • Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Suite, strong with Excel Experience with hardware manufacturing systems including importance of accurate forecasting and resource management Self-motivated, problem solver and team player Strong Analytical skills Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organization skills with attention to detail Experience with using SAP ERP/CPQ system a plus
