Responsibilities
- Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and provide relevant market data
- Review and evaluate candidate applications against position requirements
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans and sourcing strategies
- Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, and networking sites
- Engage candidates through various media and articulate the employee value proposition
- Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure timely updates on application and interview statuses
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and draft interview templates
- Assess candidates against position requirements and make recommendations for hiring
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process and drive for candidate acceptance
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate counteroffers
- Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities to stakeholders
- Identify and address difficulties with searches and recommend solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting
- High school diploma required
- Competitive base salary range: $100,000 - $135,000 (subject to variation depending on physical location)
Qualifications
- Proven ability to source and engage high-quality candidates
- Experience with recruitment technologies and Boolean search techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
