Responsibilities

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and provide relevant market data
• Review and evaluate candidate applications against position requirements
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans and sourcing strategies
• Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, and networking sites
• Engage candidates through various media and articulate the employee value proposition
• Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure timely updates on application and interview statuses
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and draft interview templates
• Assess candidates against position requirements and make recommendations for hiring
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process and drive for candidate acceptance
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate counteroffers
• Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities to stakeholders
• Identify and address difficulties with searches and recommend solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting
• High school diploma required
• Competitive base salary range: $100,000 - $135,000 (subject to variation depending on physical location)

• Proven ability to source and engage high-quality candidates
• Experience with recruitment technologies and Boolean search techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
