Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for critical, niche, or executive-level roles across business units.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with workforce planning goals.
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Guide hiring managers in role definition, job description creation, interview planning, and candidate evaluation.
  • Leverage advanced sourcing techniques and talent marketing to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and partner with the CoE to support DEI talent acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with the TA CoE to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local hiring laws, and internal policy standards.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and coach junior recruiters and HR team members on recruiting strategies, systems, and tools.
  • Serve as a knowledge resource for ATS use, compliance processes, and TA technology enhancements.
  • Support the implementation of recruiting initiatives and process improvements rolled out by the enterprise TA function.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive recruiting experience, including experience with complex or specialized roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting compliance, interview structuring, and candidate assessment methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting multiple business units and navigating matrixed or decentralized organizations.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools; experience with Workday, iCIMS, or Greenhouse preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consultative skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; experience using data to drive decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • Ability to coach and mentor others while influencing recruiting best practices across a broader HR team.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally for hiring events or strategic meetings.
  • Bilingual language skills desirable but not required.
