Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the role
Execute all aspects of sourcing, recruitment, selection, and onboarding of Salaried and Hourly Professionals.
Responsibilities
- Work with hiring managers to collaborate on a regular basis and proactively identify hiring needs.
- Ensure EEO compliance and manage the end-to-end recruitment process within the Oracle Recruit ATS.
- Conduct candidate sourcing using various recruiting platforms and targeted recruiting.
- Identify Hourly Professional and Salary-Exempt open positions and create/define requisitions.
- Manage candidate selection and onboarding, including candidate review, salary parameters, and candidate onboarding experience.
- Guide and direct management of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Recruiter Certification.
- SHRM Certification.
