What You’ll Need To Apply

- Essential Duties and Accountability's for Success:
- Building trust-relationships with hiring leaders, colleagues, prospects, and candidates
- Timely communication with and maintaining the attention of your candidates and hiring leaders
- Learning and using the communication channels preferred by those you are communicating with
- Using various recruitment tools and methods to source and attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates
- Making sound business decisions to protect internal equity
Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or other Related Field (Even Clinical)
- Minimum One (1) or more years of professional experience working in healthcare recruitment, human resources, or other related field
- Strongly Preferred: Experience with high volume pipeline recruitment and/or grass roots sourcing strategy implementation in a healthcare setting
- PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CHCR, and/or RACR
- Excellent interpersonal and written skills, positive attitude, flexibility, creativity, innovative, and able to promote Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare as a great place to live, work, and play!
Essential Duties and Accountability's for Success
- Providing timely communication with and maintaining the attention of your candidates and hiring leaders
- Utilizing various recruitment tools and methods to source and attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates
- Matching candidates to open positions through screening and assessment
- Utilizing market research data and brand awareness to understand the more valuable and evolving approaches to reaching “passive candidates” and personalizing the candidate courtship experience
- Participating in recruiting events and projects throughout the year
- Performing salary calculations, negotiating employment terms and conditions, and making sound business decisions to protect internal equity
Preferred Certifications
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CHCR, and/or RACR
Experience and Proficient Use of Software
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Travel Required
- Some travel required for events, including some evenings and/or weekends (15%-20%)
