About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist Sr is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, including screening and recommending placement of staff through creative sourcing methods. This role manages technical and non-technical exempt professional positions and serves as a resource to less experienced colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Partners with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to determine staffing needs.
- Screens resumes, interviews candidates, administers assessments, references, and background checks, and makes recommendations for hire.
- Identifies and attracts quality candidates through traditional and non-traditional resources.
- Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordinating interviews, and offering transfer letters.
- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers for feedback on the recruiting process.
- Communicates important employment information during the offer process.
- Ensures onboarding and new hire orientation processes are completed.
- Maintains compliance with federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plans.
- Manages candidate activity in the ATS, application/resume files, and membership in relevant professional organizations.
- Develops and implements annual Affirmative Action Plans.
- Takes the lead in ongoing process improvements for an effective, efficient, and compliant recruiting process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field preferred; or equivalent years of experience.
- Five years' corporate experience in recruitment and placement of applicants in professional and management level exempt positions, including three years of experience with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources.

Pay
$87,633.00 - $109,543.00
Schedule
35-50% travel required.
