We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume hiring environments, to support our growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Execute the full recruitment lifecycle for field positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and onboard qualified candidates.
- Prioritize multiple requisitions, build strong candidate pipelines, and maintain an exceptional candidate experience.
- Ensure timely hiring aligned with operational needs and revenue targets.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand business priorities, workforce needs, and role requirements.
- Translate business needs into effective recruiting strategies that drive performance and growth.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, industry events, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill, technical, and field-based roles.
- Deliver a professional, positive, and engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Create compelling job postings and promote opportunities across multiple platforms.
- Represent PROtect’s culture, values, and growth opportunities in all candidate interactions.
- Ensure compliance with all hiring and onboarding requirements, including E-Verify, background checks, drug screens, and employment eligibility.
- Partner with HR and Compliance to ensure consistent, legally compliant hiring practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and candidate conversion.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality of hire, and business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
- 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in high volume hiring environments including manufacturing or staffing.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers in fast-paced or growth-oriented environments.
- Strong understanding of technical and field-based roles in oil and gas, energy, and safety and compliance industries.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing software to identify passively sourced candidates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings across multiple departments and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with industry-specific certification requirements.
- Working knowledge of hiring compliance, employment laws, and onboarding requirements.
