Responsibilities

• Sourcing, purchasing, and maintaining inventory of spare parts and components needed for repairs of timepieces.
• Create and maintain inventory control processes, reporting and monitoring.
• Fulfill part orders for watchmakers and monitor accuracy of requests.
• Handle cycle counting and physical inventories of spare parts inventory.
• Prioritize service requests based on urgency and impact.

Professional Requirements

• Extremely strong attention to detail, especially with numbers.
• Hands‑on approach.
• Computer skills: MS Office – intermediate to advanced, particularly Excel.
• Customer service orientation.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Spare parts/jewelry industry experience preferred.
