About the role

The Spare Parts Administrator is responsible for managing spare parts inventory, repair materials, and parts administration activities across the end-to-end Order-to-Delivery (O2D) process. As part of the integrated Supply Chain Services team, the role ensures the availability, accuracy, and efficient movement of spare parts, repair materials, and inventory to support customer deliveries, repair operations, and service requirements.

Working closely with Logistics, Order Management, Customer Support, Repair Services, and external suppliers, the role contributes to operational excellence, inventory accuracy, service performance, and continuous improvement across the Supply Chain Services organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage spare parts inventory and repair materials.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficient movement of inventory to support customer deliveries and repair operations.
  • Collaborate with Logistics, Order Management, Customer Support, Repair Services, and external suppliers.
  • Contribute to operational excellence, inventory accuracy, service performance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in inventory control, spare parts administration, warehouse operations, customer service, or related fields.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, inventory management, and procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of professional audio equipment is advantageous.
  • Experience supporting repair operations or technical service environments is preferred.
  • Forklift Certification (will be required).
