What You Get To Do Manage Spare Parts sales, repairs and returns at the Customer siteEstablish and maintain good customer relations by promptly responding to external and internal customer’s inquiries and promoting the Company’s products and servicesData entry into various systemsData management of spare parts inventoryCreate Excel spreadsheets and report generation. Keep track of trends and volumeSend order confirmations, track information and parts returns authorizations to customersWork with the Purchasing Manager/Shipping Manager and headquarters in order to secure qualified management of spare parts delivery when applicableAssist with warehouse shipping, receiving and inventory auditsRequest quotations from local suppliers and headquarters in AustriaFiling and shipping documentation; match order confirmations, calculate shipping ratesDevelop and update written procedures for each task. Standardize work and cross train em- ployeesPerforms other duties as required What You Have Working Conditions and Environment: Overtime, if required by workAuthorized to work in the U.SOccasional travel maybe requestedProfessional office etiquette is required at all times. Physical requirements: Sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, climbing ladder, speaking, visual acuity, finger dexterity, listening, reaching at arm’s length, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
