Spa Facilitator

About the role

The Spa Facilitator plays an important role in ensuring a seamless luxury spa experience by maintaining locker room facilities, assisting guests, and supporting daily spa operations. This position is essential to maintaining Forbes Five-Star cleanliness and service standards and supports the Men's Locker Room, requiring maintenance of guest privacy and comfort in a gender-designated area.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide spa facility orientation
• Escort guests and assign lockers
• Maintain cleanliness of locker rooms, lounges, and relaxation areas
• Stock towels, robes, beverages, and spa amenities
• Monitor spa areas to ensure safety and presentation standards
• Support guest flow and daily spa operations
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
• Promote spa services and retail offerings
• Maintain Forbes Five-Star service standards
• Respond professionally to guest requests
• Support spa leadership with operational tasks

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Customer service, hospitality, fitness, or facilities experience preferred
• Professional demeanor and reliability required
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Pay

$11 per hour base pay plus gratuities. Opportunity to earn $20–$21 per hour total compensation based on business levels and individual performance. Commission opportunities available.
