Responsibilities
- Create Exceptional First Impressions: Welcome guests with a smile and ensure their experience starts with a positive impression of our spa.
- Manage the Flow of Communication: Answer calls, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries to keep everything running smoothly.
- Schedule with Precision: Manage appointments and ensure a seamless spa schedule to maximize efficiency, handling last-minute changes with grace and confidence.
- Support a World-Class Experience: Recommend spa treatments and retail products to guests, helping them make informed decisions while enhancing their spa experience.
- Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Assist with special requests, resolve issues, and make sure every guest leaves happy.
- Keep the Spa Immaculate: Maintain a pristine spa environment by ensuring cleanliness and orderliness, keeping all areas well-stocked and beautiful.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with a talented team of therapists and staff, contributing to a positive and harmonious atmosphere that makes our spa a standout destination.
- Handle Transactions: Process payments, handle gift certificates, and manage retail sales with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Learn & Grow: Participate in training and meetings to continually grow in your role and stay updated on the latest spa services and offerings.
Requirements
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Confident communicator, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to create positive connections with guests and staff alike.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything in order – from appointment scheduling to inventory tracking and ensuring the spa is always guest-ready.
- A Passion for Hospitality: Understand that the guest experience is everything. Your goal is always to provide top-notch service and make every guest feel valued and pampered.
- Retail & Sales Skills: A knack for suggesting products and services that meet guests’ needs, thriving in this role!
- Flexible & Reliable: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential as we operate 7 days a week, ensuring guests receive exceptional service whenever they visit.
Qualifications
- Previous Experience: Ideally, experience in retail, hospitality, or the spa industry, but we'll train the right person who is eager to learn!
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with spa or salon software and Microsoft Office is preferred, but general computer knowledge will help you succeed in this role.
- Physical Demands: Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and handle physical tasks such as bending and reaching.
- Professional Appearance: Take pride in your appearance and be neat, clean, and well-groomed in uniform or business attire.
