About the Role

We are looking for a talented customer service professional who has a passion for health & wellness and a drive to move up and potentially join our management team.

Responsibilities

• Maximize spa bookings and ensure proper guest flow
• Help with merchandising spa boutique
• Aid guests with gift card and retail recommendations
• Ensure a positive, consistent guest experience
• Support the spa and hospitality managers
• Be super organized and have an astute attention for detail
• Love working with a team
• Always make sure the spa is tidy and guest amenities are well stocked

Requirements

• Self-starter and willing to learn and grow with the spa
• Managerial experience is a plus
