Spa Coordinator - Part Time (Harrah's LV)

Responsibilities

• Maintain reception, spa facilities and retail areas
• Provide positive and friendly attitude
• Offer personalized service with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Engage in professional and friendly conversations
• Work in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment
• Schedule appointments in person and over the phone with accuracy
• Use computer knowledge proficiently in Microsoft Office programs
• Handle computer booking system and cash handling procedures accurately
• Answer phones promptly and professionally
• Work well under pressure and assist multiple guests
• Suggest and sell spa services and retail items
• Maintain par levels and stock items in designated areas
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years reception desk/salon or spa experience and/or customer service experience preferred
• Fast-paced environment experience and excellent customer service skills
• Multi-tasking ability, detail-oriented, friendly, outgoing, and excellent communication skills
• Team player and able to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
