Responsibilities

• Understand, effectively communicate and book/sell Spa services and products; including but not limited to massage, facials, specialty treatments, Salon, personal training and retail products utilizing computer systems as necessary.
• Balance therapist and room schedules to optimize the productivity of the spa and fairness to the therapist.
• Orient guests and give personalized tours of entire spa facility.

Requirements

• Experience required by position is from three months to one year of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or other organization (such as reservations, concierge, customer service).
• Guest service experience in a luxury environment.
• Working knowledge of computer programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams), phone service skills, interpersonal and good communication skills, ability to multi-task.
• English language both written and oral.
• Maui Liquor Card.

Schedule

Part time schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. A physically active role.

Pay

Hourly Rate: $28.95
