Spa Concierge - Part Time

About the role

The Spa Concierge at Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa hosts and fosters an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. Key responsibilities include scheduling treatments, guest registration, processing payments, making spa reservations, and recommending products and treatments to guests.

Responsibilities

• Schedule spa treatments and manage guest check-ins
• Process payments for spa services, including room charges, credit cards, and cash
• Make spa reservations for deluxe packages and individual treatments
• Provide product and treatment recommendations to spa guests
• Promote wellness and serve as the final point of contact for an indigenous spa experience

Requirements

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Hotel/resort spa experience preferred
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
