Spa Concierge (Part-time)

About the role

The Spa Concierge at Wild Dunes Resort is responsible for scheduling spa appointments, greeting and escorting spa guests, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments to maximize revenue and efficiency
• Check in and out salon guests
• Handle cash and credit card payments
• Cookordinate large bookings to maximize revenue efficiency
• Help maintain accurate inventory control
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and physical appearance of spa
• Perform prep work and properly restock spa areas as required

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat frequently; kneel or crawl occasionally
• Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in cash handling and credit card processing
