- Personalize the guest experience by creating memorable, tailored experiences.
- Greet guests warmly, offer beverages, and provide clear information on spa services, treatments, and activities to help them make informed decisions.
- Keep operations running smoothly by scheduling spa appointments, communicating modifications to treatment staff, and managing guest needs.
- Maintain attention to detail and organization by keeping records, managing guest schedules, and ensuring workstations and staff areas are clean and professional.
