About the Role
Palo Alto Networks is looking for a customer-obsessed, technically curious Sr. Solutions Engineer (SE) who will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support both our IDIRA Workforce IAM and IGA initiatives across the Central US region.
Responsibilities
- Empower customers and solve complex identity and access management challenges.
- Design enterprise security roles that meet regulatory audit requirements.
- Perform API testing and automation using tools like Postman and scripting.
- Teach, document, and enable teammates and customers to succeed.
- Articulate the competitive advantages of CyberArk’s IAM/IGA solutions.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of deep experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), including lifecycle management, federation (OIDC/OAuth), SSO/MFA, and zero-trust/least privilege frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, or Active Directory.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution.
- Passion for knowledge sharing and enabling others.
- Competitive awareness of the IAM/IGA landscape.
- Practical scripting skills to automate workflows and address real-world security challenges.
Pay
The starting base salary for this position is expected to be in the range of $198,000.00 - $273,000.00 per year. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
