Solution Delivery Consultant (Dec.26/May 27 Grads)

About the role
As a Solution Delivery Consultant, you’ll help configure and implement Netsmart solutions while gaining hands-on experience with system builds, testing, data conversion, and troubleshooting. You’ll work alongside clients and project teams to support implementations, improve workflows, communicate project updates, and build strong consulting and technical skills.
- Configure Netsmart solutions in both pre-production and live environments
- Assist with system builds, testing, and data conversion using Netsmart’s implementation methodology
- Gain hands-on experience troubleshooting configurations to improve performance
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to internal process improvements
- Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for optimization
- Communicate updates and challenges clearly to clients and project leads
- Build strong relationships by navigating complex situations with professionalism

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare IT, systems implementation, consulting, or client-facing environment (internships count!)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Decision-making ability and comfort with ambiguity
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Potential travel up to 20% of the time as needed. Position may require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions
- Familiarity with clinical, human services, long-term care, or senior living industries
