Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage contractors and direct installation energy efficiency projects.
- Cook up day-to-day aspects of projects including quality control of deliverables, client communications, maintain project schedules, and utilize technical staff.
- Promptly and accurately address customer concerns to assure problem resolution and promote long-term productive relationships.
- Understand the organization and decision-making process in order to work with stakeholders in determining project eligibility, schedule and potential energy savings.
- Manage on-time delivery of technical reports.
- Commute to off-site locations for on-site inspections.
- Analyze utility data to determine energy performance parameters and eligibility.
- Review technical reports, cost estimates and energy saving calculations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management or a related field.
- BPI, PMP, or CEM certifications are a nice to have.
- 1-3 years of project coordination experience (internships included) or similar within the energy efficiency industry.
- Working knowledge and field knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
- Experience in financial analysis of various energy projects.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects and work with technical staff.
- Ability to work in a cross functional team environment with extensive contact with clients and engineers.
- Ability to work autonomously and independent with little oversight.
- Excellent written/oral communication skills with the ability to present and analyze energy efficiency data to a multi-layered audience.
- Maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task while consistently meeting deadlines with accuracy and within budget.
- Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

- Familiarity with the energy efficiency industry, preferably small business in particular.
