Associate Solution Consultant

Responsibilities

Support the sales team, RFP team, and operations team as the key technical advisor and SME for the Five9 contact center.

Help the sales team in helping prospects and partners understand what is possible on the Five9 platform.

Understand business requirements and communicate the value of solving business problems using cloud technology through charismatic demos of the Five9 CCaaS product suite.

Aid in delivering proof of concept (POCs/Trials) to prospects, collaborating with other sales engineering and product management team members as needed.

Create specification documents to pass implementation details on to Professional Services team.

Develop content to show partners or train new team members how to implement specific requirements or best practices for building and deploying applications and solutions on the company.

Clearly distill and communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.

Requirements

Ability to quickly communicate sophisticated ideas clearly to all audiences, technical or not, operators and C-level execs.

Fabulous communicator, great team player.

Confident dispensing knowledge to a highly skilled and experienced audience.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience with APIs is a plus.

Work Location

This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 30 mile radius of one of our offices. For candidates who reside within a 30 mile radius of one of our offices, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (T, W, TH) in office.
