Solution Delivery Consultant

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to configure software solutions in pre-production and production environments.
• Prepare and perform system build, testing, and conversion project tasks using the implementation methodology.
• Test and troubleshoot configurations to improve solution functionality in various client environments.
• Participate in client meetings and events and internal team initiatives to improve processes and create efficiencies.
• Identify and report solution status, risks, and issues to clients and project leadership.
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide complex issue resolution and escalate management issues.
• Aid clients and project teams in analyzing current department workflows.
• Maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and generate documentation for best practices in methodology.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Required: At least 1 year of health care information technology or systems management implementation or consulting working experience.
• Preferred: Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions and experience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long term care, senior living, etc.).
