About the role
The Role As a BPM Developer, you will play a hands-on technical role focused on automating, digitizing, and transforming operational environments across multiple business units. You will leverage software design and engineering expertise to build scalable, efficient, and robust solutions that improve business processes and enhance customer and associate experiences.

- Translating business requirements into scalable BPM solutions aligned with customer needs and internal standards
- Designing and developing robust, maintainable BPM implementations

Skills And Expertise You Bring
- Required Qualifications & Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Java, and REST APIs
- Experience with Camunda BPM or other BPM platforms
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud service providers
- Understanding of business process improvement and re-engineering concepts
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Background in financial services, particularly in operations or technology roles
