Software Dev Engineer

Primary responsibilities

• Build AI-powered automation for campaign creation and scheduling using agentic frameworks and LLMs
• Develop integrations with ad-tech platforms for campaign activation and delivery
• Design data pipelines for real-time measurement and attribution
• Create campaign management tools and workflows for optimization and iteration
• Develop multi-agent systems and AI co-pilots that accelerate the entire flywheel from campaign ideation through performance reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• 2+ years of experience with big data technologies such as AWS, Spark, or Hadoop

Required

• Java / Python
• AWS services (Step Functions, S3, Redshift, Lambda, EMR)
• Distributed systems
• Data pipeline development

Preferred

• Experience with AI-native systems development
• Agentic frameworks (using Bedrock)
• Ad-tech platforms
• Campaign management systems
• AWS Cleanrooms
• TypeScript

Pay

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $49.55/hour - $56.16/hour.
