About the role

We are seeking a Cloud Application Software Development Engineer with a passion for technology and application deployment under stringent customer controls.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test cloud-native applications and microservices.
  • Build scalable APIs and backend services.
  • Ensure security best practices across cloud environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Create and execute manual and automated test plans/suites.

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Computer Engineering, Math or in a STEM related field of study.
  • 2+ years of direct experience in building cloud solutions on Azure.
  • 1+ years of experience in architect, design, develop, and implementing cloud solutions.
  • Experience with Azure database services (Azure SQL Database, Azure Database for MySQL/PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB).
  • Experience in Web Services, micro-Services development, Data Architecture or Container technologies (Kubernetes, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active US Government Security Clearance with a minimum of Secret level.
  • Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Computer Engineering, Math or in a STEM related field of study.
  • Experience web services development, API, REST, C# (.NET Core), HTML5.
  • Experience with web development technology, including HTML5, CSS 3.0, TypeScript, and JavaScript libraries/frameworks (React).
  • Experience in securely storing and tightly controlling access to tokens, passwords, certificates, API keys, and other secrets (KeyVault, etc.).
  • Modern API technologies like GraphQL experience.
  • Experience in Playwright or similar cloud automated testing frameworks.

Pay

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $100,550.00 - 194,270.00 USD
