About the Role
We are seeking an organized, compassionate, and dependable individual to join the Delmar Gardens on the Green Family in a versatile resident-focused role. This position primarily supports our Social Services Department while also providing backup support to Admissions and the Business Office.
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents and families
- Coordinating services and transportation
- Supporting the admission process
- Conducting facility tours
- Assisting with admission paperwork
- Helping with Missouri Medicaid applications, reinvestigations, and follow-up
Requirements
- Strong communicator and highly organized
- Enjoys working with people
- Comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Long-term care, healthcare, admissions, social services, or Medicaid experience preferred
- Social Services Designee experience is a plus
