Through data-driven campaign execution and thoughtful community engagement, this role directly advances Nova Ukraine’s 2026–2030 strategic mission to advocate for Ukraine globally and to foster the trust required to support long-term democratic recovery.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or public relations.
- Proven experience managing distributed teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and native social platform insights.
What you will do
- Direct the strategic planning, creation, and publication of high-quality, high-impact content tailored specifically for all major social media platforms.
- Manage and coordinate a distributed global team of volunteers and contractors, ensuring alignment and seamless execution across disparate U.S. and Ukraine time zones.
- Execute targeted, multi-channel campaigns directly tied to specific organizational fundraising, advocacy, and awareness goals.
- Analyze digital trends and own performance tracking using Google Analytics, native platform insights, and social management tools, delivering monthly reports with actionable optimization recommendations.
- Repurpose core social content into cohesive, scalable assets for email marketing, website updates, and broader campaign collateral.
- Monitor Ukraine-related geopolitical developments to ensure all content is culturally sensitive, fostering community interaction with a strict "dignity-first" approach.
