Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, including overseeing strategic account activities, continuously optimizing campaigns and initiatives to achieve and exceed client goals
- Manage day-to-day social media strategy and execution for client accounts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
- Create and manage organic social media calendars and content strategies
- Plan, launch, optimize, and report on Meta/TikTok advertising campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Continuously review engagement growth, lead generation, ROAS, conversion optimization, audience growth and campaign performance metrics
- Cook up and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, contract negotiation, affiliate tracking, relationship management, deliverables, and reporting
- Serve as a client-facing point of contact for assigned accounts, lead internal and client meetings including agendas, recaps and activity reporting
- Participate in proposal development and presentations
- Partner with creative teams to develop compelling platform-specific content, ad creative, and campaign messaging
- Collaborate with creative, PR, and strategy teams to ensure integrated campaign execution
- Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices in social media and digital marketing
- Identify opportunities for expanding client partnerships through strategic recommendations, new platform initiatives and expanded digital services
- Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms and marketing opportunities relevant to client industries
- Mentor and support junior team members, delegate work appropriately and help guide team members in executing client deliverables
- Contribute strategic ideas to strengthen client campaigns
- Identify opportunities for expanding client partnerships and improving campaign performance
- 3–5 years of digital marketing and social media experience, preferably within an agency environment
- Proven experience managing both organic social media and paid Meta/TikTok campaigns for clients
- Experience executing influencer marketing campaigns and managing influencer relationships
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, KPIs, and performance reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset and strong client service, organizational and project management skills
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or similar Meta certification preferred
- Tik Tok Certification preferred
- Experience with Google Ads is a strong plus
- Video editing capability a strong plus
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Upfluence, Canva or similar platforms
- Experience creating or contributing to social content strategy and campaign planning
- Excellent writing and editing skills across multiple content formats
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members preferred
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
