About the role
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a short-form content strategy for Start Your AI Agency’s personal brand.Responsibilities
- Create and curate engaging social media posts that align with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Manage and grow our social media following across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging and tone.
- Monitor social media analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and algorithms in social media marketing.
Requirements
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in social media management and/or content creation.
- Experience with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to think creatively and generate unique content ideas.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
