About the role

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a short-form content strategy for Start Your AI Agency’s personal brand.

Responsibilities

  • Create and curate engaging social media posts that align with the brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Manage and grow our social media following across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging and tone.
  • Monitor social media analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and algorithms in social media marketing.

Requirements

  • Experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in social media management and/or content creation.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to think creatively and generate unique content ideas.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
