Senior Social Media Manager - Remote Work

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our social media presence across all major platforms. You will own channel performance, guide content direction, and translate brand objectives into engaging social experiences that grow audiences and drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
• Oversee content planning, creation, and publishing across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook.
• Analyze performance data to optimize posting cadence, content formats, and audience targeting strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists and content creators.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure cohesive cross-channel messaging.
• Monitor industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences across multiple social platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform insights.
• Experience managing and mentoring social media teams.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to adapt tone and voice across channels.
