About the role
The Social Media Executive is responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and managing engaging content across the company's social media platforms to strengthen brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and support business objectives. The role works closely with the Creative, Product, E-commerce, and Sales teams to execute digital campaigns, promote products, and build a strong online community while maintaining the company's brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Manage the company's official social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
- Schedule and publish content according to the approved marketing plan.
- Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Creative team to produce high-quality graphics, videos, reels, stories, and promotional materials.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and social media copy that encourage audience engagement.
- Ensure content aligns with current digital trends and platform best practices.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally or coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Build positive relationships with customers and online communities.
- Escalate customer complaints or sensitive issues to the appropriate department.
- Execute social media campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, contests, giveaways, and online activation campaigns.
- Support paid social media campaigns by coordinating creative assets and campaign requirements.
- Monitor key performance metrics including reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, video views, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.

Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
- Skills in social media management, digital marketing strategy, social media outreach, and communications.
