What You’ll Do

  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
  • Own company LinkedIn and social channels
  • Execute lead generation campaigns with sales and business development
  • Use Sales Navigator to support targeted outreach
  • Create social posts, emails, landing pages, and campaign copy
  • Track performance and report results (leads, engagement, ROI)

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of B2B digital marketing experience
  • Hands-on with paid social/search and campaign optimization
  • Strong copywriting and campaign storytelling skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales
  • Organized, proactive, and execution-oriented
  • HubSpot or marketing automation experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive entry-to-mid-level salary range: $50,000–$55,000, based on experience
