The Role We are looking for a creative, versatile B2B marketer who can write, design, and publish content that drives real business results. You will own day to day content execution across social media, our blog, and our website, working directly with our Head of Growth to build brand visibility and generate qualified leads. This role is ideal for someone who understands how content performs in both traditional search and AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. What You Will Do Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social channelsManage community engagement, including responding to comments and messages and building relationships with our audienceWrite blog posts, articles, landing page copy, and email content for small business owners and franchise leadersCreate content and campaigns that generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline, including gated content, landing pages, and email nurture sequencesApply SEO best practices and emerging AI search (LLM) optimization strategies to increase visibility and trafficDesign social graphics, blog images, and marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud, following Xendoo brand standardsBuild and update pages in WordPress and keep website content fresh and accurateTrack content performance and lead results and share insights to improve outcomesOutreach strategies in digital and traditional formats. What We Are Looking For 2 to 4 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital marketingB2B marketing experience with a track record of creating content that drives lead generationExcellent writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published workWorking knowledge of SEO and how AI tools surface and cite brand contentExperience creating and publishing pages in WordPressA self starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines Big Pluses Design experience with Adobe Illustrator and Google SlidesExperience with HubSpot, Semrush, or Google AnalyticsSaaS, fintech, or franchise industry experience Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 Here at Xendoo, we enjoy a Monday through Friday workweek (even during tax season) so you can enjoy a healthy work/life balance.
