B2B Marketing Specialist
About the role
The B2B Marketing Specialist will support launches and adoption efforts for dealer products, features, and programs. They will also plan and execute campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support launches and adoption efforts for dealer products, features, and programs in partnership with Product, Sales, and Account Management.
- Turn business goals into targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, adoption, and retention.
- Use dealer feedback, segmentation, and performance data to help inform messaging, campaign recommendations, and execution.
- Support product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates value and reflects dealer needs.
- Campaign execution: Coordinate and execute campaigns across channels to deliver a consistent customer experience and support business goals.
- Sales enablement: Create and maintain collateral, pitch decks, and other materials that help Sales communicate product value to dealers.
- Performance optimization: Track results through reporting, testing, and analysis, and apply learnings to improve future campaigns.
- Cross-functional execution: Stay organized across multiple priorities, collaborate closely with partners, and help turn strategy into action.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a tech, marketplace, or other fast-paced growth environment. Strong understanding of core marketing principles, with the ability to develop and execute end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns that drive business performance. Analytical, data-driven mindset. Experience with marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Looker/Omni, and Google Analytics is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging, copy, and creative. Organized, adaptable, and proactive, with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a bias for action in fast-moving environments. Experience and/or ability to use AI agents to optimize workflows.

Pay
The displayed range represents the expected annual base salary / On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position. On-Target Earnings (OTE) is inclusive of base salary and on-target commission earnings, which applies exclusively to sales roles. Individual pay within this range is determined by work location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This annual base salary forms part of a comprehensive Total Rewards Package. In addition to benefits, this role may qualify for discretionary bonuses/incentives and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
