Social Media Content Specialist - Bilingual French / English - Remote in US
About the role
We're a fast-growing team looking for bilingual (English and French) social media professionals who enjoy engaging in online conversations, creating content that connects, and helping foster digital communities that are safe and welcoming. We're looking for team members who are available to work a mix of the following shifts (including weekends): Days: 8AM–4PM North American Central Time, Evenings: 4PM–12AM North American Central Time, Overnights: 12AM–8AM North American Central Time.
Responsibilities
- Moderate and respond to comments across client social channels using their unique brand voice
- Create thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement
- Help maintain online communities that are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines
- Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed
- Build a strong understanding of client brands, including their strategy, tone, and audience
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in English is essential, in addition to French
- Strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English and French with strong cultural awareness
- Experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging
- Familiarity with all major social platforms such as Facebook (account use may be required depending on client needs)
- Ability to engage with a variety of content topics (e.g., tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharma)
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and excellent customer service instincts
- Access to reliable, high-speed internet suitable for remote work

U.S Content Specialists receive sick and safe time, flexible time off (paid time off like vacation), and a range of benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.). In regard to eligibility, U.S employees need to work a minimum of 21 hours per week or more for benefits and flexible time off.
Pay
The hourly pay range for this position is $14.42 - $17.13 USD.
Schedule
This role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
