Social Media Content Specialist - English - Remote in US

Responsibilities

• Moderate and respond to comments on clients' social channels using their unique brand voice.
• Create thought-provoking, engaging content to foster conversations and increase engagement.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compliant online community according to client guidelines.
• Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team as necessary.
• Become a key extension of the client's brand, understanding their strategy, tone, and target audience.

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills in English with cultural awareness.
• Experience managing social platforms, particularly in moderation and engagement.
• Familiarity with major social platforms like Facebook (account use may be required).
• Ability to handle a variety of content types, including tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, and pharma.
• Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and strong customer service skills.
• Access to reliable, high-speed internet for remote work.

Pay and Schedule

• The hourly pay range for this position is $14.42 - $17.13 USD.
• Actual hourly pay is based on a variety of factors including location, relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
