Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN The Elms Center | Milford, NH $55–$60/hour | PRN Bring your speech-language pathology skills to The Elms Center in Milford, NH, where Stern Therapy Consultants is hiring for PRN coverage. You'll work with skilled nursing residents whose communication, cognitive, or swallowing challenges affect everyday interactions and participation in care. What You'll Do Assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing function to identify each resident's treatment needs.Establish measurable goals and provide individualized therapy that supports daily communication and functional skills.Introduce strategies for expressing needs, understanding information, remembering routines, and solving everyday problems.Address swallowing difficulties through appropriate interventions and coordinate recommendations with nursing and dietary staff.Teach families and caregivers how to reinforce treatment strategies during meals, conversations, and daily activities.Document clinical findings and treatment outcomes, revise plans as needed, and contribute to discharge recommendations. What We Offer $55–$60 per hour.PRN assignments based on your availability and the facility's coverage needs.Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral.Support from therapy leadership and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team. Qualifications Active New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathologist license.Clinical skills in adult communication, cognition, and swallowing assessment and treatment.Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills.Skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred.
