Stern Therapy Consultants is hiring a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist at Manhattanville Health Care Center, providing skilled nursing rehabilitation focused on communication, cognition, and swallowing. What You'll Do Evaluate residents' communication and swallowing function, considering medical history and everyday care demands.Translate assessment results into measurable goals and individualized treatment plans.Address speech, language, and cognitive-communication difficulties through functional therapy activities.Provide dysphagia care and work with nursing and dietary colleagues to implement appropriate recommendations.Educate residents and caregivers on techniques that support participation during conversations, meals, and daily routines.Review progress, adjust interventions, and document clinical care and discharge recommendations.
