- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop treatment plans based on resident needs and goals
- Collaborate with nursing and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire SLP license required
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
