Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN Autumn Lake at Ocean View | Ocean View, NJ $55–$60/hour | PRN Stern Therapy Consultants is hiring a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist at Autumn Lake at Ocean View. Work with skilled nursing residents to address communication, cognitive, and swallowing challenges that influence their comfort, independence, and participation in daily care. What You'll Do Assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills to identify appropriate rehabilitation services.Develop treatment goals that connect clinical findings with residents' everyday needs.Provide individualized interventions for expressing needs, understanding information, memory, and functional problem-solving.Treat swallowing disorders and communicate appropriate recommendations to nursing and dietary staff.Educate residents and caregivers on communication supports and strategies for use beyond therapy.Maintain clinical records, review progress, and contribute recommendations for ongoing care and discharge.
