Autumn Lake at Glen Hill is looking for a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations and treatment for residents in a skilled nursing setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
- Provide treatment for residents in a skilled nursing setting
Requirements
- Active Connecticut SLP license
- CCC-SLP preferred (CFs considered if applicable to PRN needs)
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- Flexible PRN hours
